This is your playground:

  • You provide support to our customers (remote or onSite if necessary) and give these interventions the necessary attention so that quality remains central.
  • You think along proactively with the customer during your visits or support sessions so that the customer always works in an optimal way and can continue without friction.
  • You install our infrastructure (network, wifi, voip) at the customer’s site with care and cleanliness and provide the customer with the necessary information.
  • You always document efficiently and smoothly with an eye for detail.
  • You think in terms of solutions, not problems!
  • You think proactively about improvements to our own internal processes.
  • You have no issues with time management during interventions/support sessions.

Your X-factors

  • You have knowledge of networks (Routing, Ip addressing, Vlan(s), Switching, Firewall(s))
  • You find your way around the current OS on the market such as Windows, Mac-OS, Ios, Android,…
  • You have knowledge of various network protocols including DNS, DHCP, ….
  • You are administratively an efficient team player.
  • Your work is extremely customer-oriented. You are only happy yourself when the customer has been perfectly served and the installation has been provided and worked out flawlessly.
  • You are not afraid of doing a healthy mix of support & deployment (installation) work. Mix of remote & OnSite. In time, growth opportunities in both directions are possible.
  • You are eager to learn and wish to continuously improve and grow.
  • Respect, honesty, trust, surprise & friendship are concepts you can perfectly identify with.
  • You speak French and Dutch fluently
  • You think proactively about improvements to our own internal processes.
  • You have no issues with time management during interventions/support sessions.
