This is what you’ll be doing everyday?
As a lead developer, you get to oversee our in-house development projects together with the CTO and project manager. You help translate the (functional) requirements into architectural solutions and tickets for the development team. You are a point of contact for questions from the team with regards to the technical implementation. You will have close communication with the CTO to learn the ins and outs of current implementations.
What are your X-factors?
- You work on cool in-House projects
- You have experience in a leading developer role or similar
- You are used to take the lead and ownership of projects
- You are comfortable communicating and scoping requirements
- You are ready to grow and mentor a team
- You have professional experience with development of at least 3 years
- You have professional and proven experience with modern technologies such as Python / Django, TypeScript / React.JS, AWS/GCP/Azure,…
- You have an understanding of application architecture, microservice concepts, cloud provider concepts,…
- You have experience with collaboration tools such as Bitbucket & Jira.
- Your English is business proficient in oral and written.
